Simply dispense under the tongue, hold 60-90 seconds, and then swallow. We'd recommend a starting serving size of 3-5 drops, working up only if needed. This is a highly concentrated tincture intended for use by people looking for a higher than average daily serving. You may find it easier to disperse the oil onto a spoon before placing it under your tongue.
