How to Use Martha Stewart CBD:

The Sleep, De-Stress, and Recover collection contains 3 x 20ml wellbeing body creams with essential oils and CBD, created by Martha Stewart to help improve your wellbeing.

Daily De-Stress CBD cream can be used daily in place of your body moisturizer. Apply all over body and massage in. Sleep Science CBD cream is best first applied to chest and shoulders. If required, it can also be applied to arms and back. Super Strength CBD cream is intended to be applied to areas of discomfort and massaged in until fully absorbed. Re-apply each as needed.
