How to use Hemplucid CBD Gummies:

Everyone is different and will require different amounts to find their sweet spot. Start with half a gummy to one gummy daily for 7 days.  Explore how you feel after a few days of consistent use. If you have not found relief, increase by an additional half to one whole gummy. 

Most people find relief somewhere between 15-50 mg of CBD daily.  One gummy is 25mg - starting there is a solid starting serving. Many people will do very well at that level, but some may need a little more.  We just wrote an article on our favorite gummies and these made the top 10!
