How to use a Hemplucid CBD Tincture:

This product is intended for oral use. Keep the hemp oil out of heat and direct sunlight, and shake well before using.  We always recommend starting small and working your way up if necessary.  In our experience, most people find a benefit between 15-50mg of CBD daily.

• .5ml = 16mg
• .75ml = 24mg
• 1ml = 32mg

We recommend that you start with 1/2 full dropper (.5ml)placed under your tongue for 30 to 60 seconds. If you do not see the results that you’re looking for after 5 to 7 days of consistent use, we recommend increasing the serving size to 1 dropperful for another 5 to 7 days.  While most people find their best serving size at around 1 dropperful, individual serving size may vary according to your metabolism.
