The average serving size of Koi CBD oil is one full dropper (approximately 30 drops or 1mL) 1–2 times per day, but it may vary for you according to your needs and metabolism. We always recommend starting small and working your way up, as needed. Many people respond well to only a small amount of CBD.
Taking CBD once daily is usually sufficient. If you have a high metabolism, though, you may see more benefit in giving them smaller serving sizes 2x daily. Consistency is key.
