I am new to CBD, but I have a lot of severe pain from severe spinal stenosis in both lumbar and cervical ares that are inoperable. I had to take a narcotic to get a nights sleep, which left me muddled the next morning. I have taken 50 mg of CBD at night for the past few weeks and have not had to take any prescription drugs and I wake up rested for the first time in years. This is one of my go-to's! If I'm feeling blah... or if I'm sore from doing a yoga class well beyond my skill level lol, this stuff helps to get rid of all of that! I reach for this for headaches also. No side-effects and it works!

This product can be taken simply by swallowing the pill with water. Take 1-2 Medterra CBD gel capsules as a dietary supplement, daily.
