I wanted to try this to see if it did anything for my anxiety. I purchased the 1 gram tube. It lasted about a week. I started with rice sized servings. I noticed subtle body relaxation over the course of one day after several rice size servings. I doubled the serving size the following few days, and noticed similar effects. I increased the serving size the remainder of the week to about 4 to 5 times the original serving size throughout the day, and noticed no significant changes to the effects. I know that cbd is to be taken in small doses, working your way up after about 5 days or so, before effects may be noticed, but with my impatience and being kind of surprised after the first dose and following, the effects were noticeable to the point where I was tempted to increase it dramatically throughout the week. Had I not felt anything different within a week, only THEN would I have increased the dose. With all that said, there are of course many variables assumed with any consumer of cbd products: biology, health, cannibinoid potency (both individually and collectively, flavinoids, terpenes, etc. not withstanding), mode of consumption (eat, smoke, topical, sublingual tincture), etc. I have bought the 3 gram Blue Label hemp extract. I will go slow with this one and allow the cannibinoids to seep into my system over time, and perhaps increase the doseage each week to see how it goes. Trial and error.

Allow oil to come to room temperature before administering. We recommend experimenting to find the best daily regimen for you. Although there’s no set serving size, many report taking the size of a grain of rice (or less) to be a sufficient daily intake. After the CBD has built up in your system, you may find that you can start taking less to get the same results. There are approximately 90 rice-sized servings in 3g and 300 rice-sized servings in a 10g tube.
