This is a full spectrum, or whole plant, option.  That means that there are more active ingredients than just CBD and a small amount of THC. Which Type of CBD Oil Extract is Best for You?

Gold:

• A light-colored gel that is packed with cannabinoids
• Plant matter and terpenes have been filtered out

Allow oil to come to room temperature before administering. We recommend experimenting to find the best daily regimen for you. Although there’s no set serving size, many report taking the size of a grain of rice (or less) to be a sufficient daily intake. After the CBD has built up in your system, you may find that you can start taking less to get the same results. There are approximately 90 rice-sized servings in 3g and 300 rice-sized servings in a 10g tube.

• Squeeze the desired amount of oil onto a spoon or your finger.
• Place the oil you just squeezed out under your tongue.
• Hold for 60-90 seconds, then swallow.

If you find the taste to be too strong for you, mixing with honey or coconut oil may help. Store in a cool, dark location.

Warning:

The Gold version dispenses much quicker than the Blue or Green. Please be careful when dispensing warm gel oils as they may come out of the tube more quickly than you intend.
